This project delves into the concept of property in Tuxedo Park, an affluent village nestled within Buckhead, Atlanta. It examines the power dynamics and socioeconomic disparities inherent in property ownership, envisioning a future “Atlanta After Property” world. In this hypothetical scenario, the project explores the potential challenges and opportunities of communal living, where boundaries are broken down, and properties are shared among local workers. By reimagining property ownership and fostering community collaboration, the project seeks to address inequalities and promote a more inclusive and equitable environment in Tuxedo Park.
