The dynamic rhythm and convergence of engaging programs breathe new life into the once lifeless heart of a weathered and timeworn street, infusing vibrancy into the entire locale. Introducing a variety of programs within the building catalyzes meaningful interactions among residents, injecting vitality into the community. Cultural havens, including galleries, cafes, and rooftop bars, emerge as gateways to enriching experiences previously absent in the vicinity.
While the existing structure harbors a closed-off design, obscuring views from the thoroughfare, the introduction of the ‘marketplace’ program ingeniously transforms the enclosed layout. By pulling the courtyard from its concealed position at the rear to the forefront, a metamorphosis occurs, turning the once insular form into an expansive and inviting open space.
